Huevos Rancheros with Corn

Ingredients
- 100 grams of corn, sweet
- 150 gr nachos protein Crick Superfoods
- Garlic
- 1 teaspoon of ghee/butter
- 2 tomatoes kidneys
- 1/2 white onion
- Pico de gallo
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 avocado
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
1. In a skillet over medium heat, place a teaspoon of ghee or butter, pearl onions chopped finite and salt

8.Garnish with avocado, pico de gallo, salt and pepper.
