Por ejemplo, Entomo Farms, con sede en Canad\u00e1, produce harinas y snacks de insectos para el consumo humano. Protix, en los Pa\u00edses Bajos, se especializa en la producci\u00f3n de prote\u00edna de insectos para la alimentaci\u00f3n humana y animal, promoviendo una alternativa m\u00e1s sostenible a la carne tradicional.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>La Evoluci\u00f3n de la Percepci\u00f3n de la Comida<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La transformaci\u00f3n de estos alimentos refleja una evoluci\u00f3n m\u00e1s amplia en la forma en que se perciben los ingredientes en la sociedad. El sushi se consume t\u00edpicamente en entornos formales, donde la t\u00e9cnica de preparaci\u00f3n y presentaci\u00f3n se enfatiza.
